I have a World Points Signature card but the travel rewards folk say I don’t qualify for the premium air rewards. The Card Services folks agree that I have a Signature card but the Rewards computers say “no I don’t”. The savings on the Premium Rewards is significant. I’m cashing all my points out for credit then canceling the card. Reward Programs are all bogus.
