The American Photo Visa Card offers a fixed rate of 4.9% on all balance transfers. This rate is permanent and lasts until the entire balance is paid off.
However, in order to get the special balance transfer rate, the transfer must be made within the first 90 days of opening the card. The fee for initiating a balance transfer is either $10 or 3%, whichever is higher. However, the maximum fee for a balance transfer is $75.
