If I could give AT no stars, I would! It takes 30 minutes to navigate through all the menus to even get someone on the phone–once you do, my experience has been that they are rude and very slow. I’m calling from work to ask a simple question about my bill–there’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to do this without verifying my SSN, phone number, billing address, and CC number 4 times each. Just try asking for a supervisor–you’ll wait for them for another 20 minutes!!! A 5 minute phone call will end up taking well over an hour. And the rewards– they take FOREVER to accumulate! Forever!
I am closing this account as soon as I get my issue resolved!
I paid my bill on time. They claim there was a problem with my check, but no one could tell me what was the problem. They could not supply the check after multiple requests. My bank claims the check was never cashed, as funds were available to pay it.
The phone people were incompetent, even Melanie F the manager who would only say that she was located in the Midwest.
With service like that, I will NEVER shop in this store again and will tell all of my friends how awful Ann Taylor Loft is. In this economic environment, one would expect more efficient, helpful service and a more informed staff. They suck!!!
The $20 reward for 2000 points was totally a fraud.
When I was approaching the 2000 points, no matter how much purchase I made, the calculation for the reward points was never right. Three months later, I should have 2300 points accumulated while the statement says I’m still 200 points away from 2000.
How can I have negative points gain when I made nearly $100 purchase!!! They absolutely rip off the customer without making up a descent cheating story!!
I have shopped at Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor loft for years. The worst thing I could have done was open a mastercard with them. I’ve had nothing but problems with it. I’m closing my account.
