Bad Credit

A person is said to have bad credit when he or she has a poor or low credit score. Bad credit can be caused by a number of factors including making late payments, exceeding a credit card limit, or filing for bankruptcy. Typically, a FICO credit score of below 580 is considered a bad credit score.
