Baltimore Ravens Credit Card Rates and Fees
First in our Baltimore Ravens Credit Card review, let’s look at the rates and fees for this card. There is no annual fee, and the first seven to ten months are interest-free. The length of this period is determined by how good your credit is. After that, the annual percentage rate, or APR, is 12.99% to 20.99%, once again depending on your credit. Those are average rates. The late payment and over-credit-limit fees are $15-$29, depending on how much your balance is on the statement date. There is also a 4% fee for cash advances and balance transfers. These charges and fees are more or less standard for most credit accounts, so the rates and fees for this card are average.
Baltimore Ravens Credit Card Rewards
For the next part of our Baltimore Ravens Credit Card review, let’s look at the rewards that the Extra Points program offers. You earn one point for every dollar you spend. You can start redeeming points once you’ve earned 2,000, but the rewards at this level are pretty cheesy. For 2,000 points, you can get a copy of the NFL Greatest Follies DVD, which you can also buy for just over $10 online. That’s about a 0.5% reward for spending $2,000. The rewards get better once you spend more money, and there are some nice collector’s items than you can earn. But these are all still items that are available for purchase online, and for much less than the amount you’d have to spend to buy them with points. The one perk of this card that actually might be worthwhile, though, is the 15-20% discount you receive at NFLshop.com.
There’s a Better Way
To conclude our Baltimore Ravens Credit Card review, it’s a competitive credit card when it comes to rates and fees, but the rewards aren’t really worth it. If it’s Baltimore Ravens merchandise you’re looking for, you’d probably be much better off buying it directly, perhaps using a cash back credit card with a much better rewards program. That way, you can spend less and earn more. Get started comparing credit cards now!
