The card charges 3% (with a minimum of $10) on all balance transfers, cash advances, and advance checks. And the grace period on purchases is twenty-five days, as opposed to most other cards, which only allow twenty. Late payment fees and overlimit fees range from $15-$29, depending on how much your balance is on the statement date. There is no foreign currency conversion fee on this card, as most international retailers do not accept American Express.
