Even though there is no annual fee, many other fees can be expected with this card. The fee for both balance transfers and cash advances is 4% of the total amount with a minimum fee on $10 and a maximum fee of $75. The fee for foreign transactions is only 1% of the total amount with no minimum fee.
If a monthly payment is made late, the cardholder will be charged $25. The return payment fee is relatively low at only $10.
