There are also fewer penalty and transaction fees with this card than most credit cards. There are no foreign transaction, late payment, return payment, or return check fees at all. There is an annual fee of $95, which will be waived the first year. The balance transfer fee is 3% with a minimum fee of $5. The fee for cash advances is also three percent, but the minimum fee is a little higher at $10.
