You will find that this is a low fee credit card. There is no annual fee, cash advance fee, balance transfer fee or ATM fees. There is a penalty APR that is based on your credit score and a foreign transaction fee, which is based on your purchase total. The APR starts at 8.25%.

This card has a great low starting interest rate and it’s nice that this is a rewards credit card as well. It would be even nicer if there were a faster way to earn rewards. In addition, those of you with credit scores under 750 shouldn’t apply for this card.
