High rates $35.00 late fee for being 1 hour late horrible customer service!!
This company will take advantage of desperate users!
When calling customer service, you will hold FOREVER! Most cases the line will disconnect before anyone speaks. If you do happen to get ahold of a person they hardly speak English.
I racked up a balance of $513.01 on my card. I decided to go online and pay off my balance on the 16th of the month. When I received my next statement it showed my payment in full on the 16th and then an interest charge applied on the 24th. When I inquired, I was told there was daily interest charged. Since they don’t process the day you pay, you will never be paid in full, UNLESS you call them and make your payment by phone. They conveniently charge $9.95 for every phone payment.
So look out for HIDDEN FEES galore and do not ever expect to be paid off!
One of my worst cards ever!
Shameful. I think this card should be illegal. I got the card with a $300 balance to pay my property taxes which are $300, not realizing that I would be billed $103 before I even had a chance to use the card. I thought this had to be a mistake or that some scammer had made a purchase on my account. As it turns out, I guess. I was right. This card charges crazy fees that accumulate whether the card is used or not. So now I still owe $300 for property taxes plus an additional $103 to this credit card company for ???????????? Sounds like a scam to me!
