Credit Reporting Agency (CRA)

Credit reporting agencies are also known as credit bureaus and they are companies which catalog information regarding the payment behavior of consumers and then issue and sell credit reports with that information. There are three major credit reporting agencies in the United States which are TransUnion, Experian and Equifax.
