Executor

Sometimes known as a personal representative, an executor is someone who has been put in charge of legal decisions that need to be made for another person. This is most common when someone has passed away and left instances of debt behind. The executor is responsible for settling any remaining debt, such as credit card debt, following all state and federal laws.
