The No Fee Expedia Credit Card

The No Fee Expedia travel credit card from Citi has no annual fee. With it, you earn one point for every three miles that you fly. You also earn one point for every dollar you spend on a qualifying purchase.

As a welcome bonus, for your very first purchase on Expedia you will save $50. Additionally, for everything you book on Expedia you will earn twice the points. The credit card has an introductory rate of 0% for the first seven months, and then goes to a 15.24% variable rate.

The Elite Level Credit Card

The Elite Level credit card earns you faster rewards and provides you with some additional benefits over the No Fee Expedia credit card. The annual fee for the Elite Level card is $75 but it also comes with a complimentary companion ticket for a participating airline.

For the welcome bonus you save $100 on your first Expedia purchase. You also get one point for every mile you fly and two points for every qualifying dollar you spend on gas, groceries, and drug stores. All other purchases give you one point per dollar spent while earning two times the points for Expedia bookings.

Right now there is a 0% introductory rate for the first seven months. Thereafter the APR is 15.24% variable.

Very upset..Did not even get the card in hand yet ..just got approved online and they billed me already for the $75 fee. I called to cancel the card because of that and even their service rep told me they usually do not bill until a year passes. I was promised a refund And I asked for a confirmation email.Have not gotten one yet..we will see why happens with this.

I signed up for the card with the understanding (because I and my fiance read it) that it was 0% APR for the first X amount of months. We used it for our honeymoon so we wouldn’t have to worry about paying it off until after the wedding. I just found out I have been getting charged 16% APR and now there’s “nothing they can do”….SUPER frustrated! Terrible experience with my first credit card…Also, didn’t get the emails that payments were due and got charged for it!!!! Not in my SPAM box either-but I just got an email today after I talked to them about the next payment due. SO unhappy :(

Advertisement for new card claims a card number will be provided immediately upon approval. I was approved and received no card number to use to book my travel. Called cust service – they only have last 4 digits and not until 24-48 hours after application for card. I have to book my travel soon to take place in 1 week. Cust serv rep said I’ll have to wait until physically get the card in approx. 2 weeks! Too late! An hour on the phone isn’t worth the $50 credit I’ll receive for booking a trip on Expedia. Will cancel as soon as I receive.
