The special introductory annual percentage rate for the FCCU of Houston MasterCard is 2.9%, which is valid for an entire year. This is not only the rate on credit card purchases, but on balance transfers and cash advances as well.
Following the initial 12-month promotional period, the interest rate will increase to a variable rate between 10.24% and 17.99%, depending on your credit worthiness. While the cash advance rates are the same as the purchase rates, the balance transfer rate can be as low as 8.99%.

There is no annual fee for the FCCU of Houston MasterCard. There are, however, other fees associated with the card.
