For being a fantastic source of electronic equipment, Frys is probably the very, very worst when it comes to handling consumer credit and especially, payment of bills online.

First off, it is next to impossible just to find the payment website.

I have an even lower ratings than Chris .If you sign in they say it’s wrong but if you click on it again it’s fine. They signed me up for no paper bills even though I’ve had the card for 6 years, they don’t e-mail the bill and then charge a late fee. Call customer service, they say they will call back ( 3 weeks). I have no trouble at the store and they are always right but credit card isn’t worth even 1/2 star.
