Whenever a credit card is used by a person who does not have approval to use the card, they become a fraudulent credit card user. Fraudulent users can be family members who have used a credit card without permission or strangers. When the credit card account holder opens their account, they become responsible for all transactions that the credit card is involved in. Whenever the credit card is used without the account holder’s permission, there is normally a fraudulent user who has used the credit card for a personal gain.
