Go-to Rate

Most low interest rate credit cards will offer an introductory, or teaser, rate for a specified period with the issuance of any new credit card account. Upon expiration of these introductory interest rate offers, the credit card interest rate will automatically turn into the regular rate. This is commonly called the go-to rate for credit card accounts.
