The GFFCU Visa Platinum Credit Card for Students offers a 0% introductory APR for six billing cycles. The APR after that will be 13.9%, but this is only for purchases and balance transfers. The APR for cash advances will be 18%. In addition, the penalty APR for this credit card is 18%.
The only transaction fee is a foreign transaction credit card fee for use outside of the U.S., which is 1% of the transaction total. The penalty fees include a late payment fee of $35, a return payment fee of $25, and an over-the-credit limit fee of $25.
