One of the projects the Association is involved in is to provide scholarship funding to allow current members to continue their education. For one available scholarship, applicants must be currently enrolled in an institution offering an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree to qualify for consideration. Another scholarship is offered to high school students who wish to continue their education at the post-secondary level.

New account holders can take advantage of an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 0% for the first six months after opening their account. The APR for balance transfers is 11.1%, plus a 3% transfer fee. A minimum charge of $15 will be applied.
After the six-month introductory period, the APR is 11.15%. This is a variable interest rate, and is subject to change as the prime rate fluctuates. No annual fee is charged to customers who choose this card.

As a Visa Platinum card, account holders can contact a customer service representative on a 24/7 basis if need be. They are protected against fraudulent use of the card on a 100% basis.
This card choice offers rewards credit card points or cash back credit card benefits to account holders. Points are awarded for purchases made at hundreds of retailers, both on and offline. Up to 15 bonus points will be awarded for each dollar spent at select retailers. The points collected may be redeemed for event tickets, gift cards, travel rewards or brand-name merchandise.
