Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Every credit card company issues a contract with new accounts. The mandatory binding arbitration is a clause that is included in some contracts. It is a clause that removes the cardholders right to sue the credit card issuer. Instead, the cardholder has to settle any disputes in front of an arbitrator.
