MetroPCS Prepaid Credit CardIf you are over 13 years old, you can apply for a MetroPCS Prepaid Credit Card. That is because a MetroPCS prepaid credit card is essentially a debit card with fees rather than an actual credit card. Compare online credit card offers now!

Prepaid credit cards like the MetroPCS are often confused with secured credit cards. It is important to distinguish the difference between these two types of cards. Secured credit cards are like regular credit cards because your good standing is reported to the three major crediting agencies. Prepaid cards, however, are not reported at all.

Another distinguishing factor between a prepaid card and a secured card is that when you have a prepaid card, the balance you have in your account is your credit limit. As you use the money your credit limit reduces. On a secured card your starting account balance is always your credit limit, you make payments just as you would a regular credit card to make room on your card.

In order to apply for the MetroPCS Credit Card, you will have to pay a $9.95 fee. The good news is that, unless you are under 13 years of age or you don’t provide the required identification paperwork, you will not be turned down for the MetroPCS card.

This card’s fees are outrageous! Metro PCS Card is a rip off! They take money from you every chance they get. If you lose your card it’s a $5.00 replacement card fee. They even charge every time you to talk to a live agent regardless what your calling about. They charge you $10.00 when you first load the card with YOUR own money and they charge a monthly fee of $5.00. Their customer service stinks. What a nightmare it has been having this card regarding MY OWN MONEY.

They are fill of it. I asked to deactivate the card and someone got on the phone and said my last 4 of social was wrong. Mind you all day me and reps were talking – bad card, don’t get one.
