National Education Association Credit Card The National Education Association (NEA) is an association specifically for educators around the country. Of the many benefits available from the NEA, one special one is the National Education Association credit card options.

The NEA, for the past 61 years, has dedicated their services to helping teachers get better training, providing financial advice for teachers to help their dollar stretch and advocating for teachers in terms of better salaries and treatment.

National Education Association Credit Card: Rewards Visa Signature Card

This NEA Visa offers $50 in statement credits after qualifying purchases, 3 times the cash back credit card rewards for the first six months of use for qualifying purchases, and a 0% APR for 10 billing cycles.

The six months rewards bonus applies to purchases made at gas stations, grocery stores and drug stores. All other purchases earn 1% cash back. The APR after the intro period is 12.99% to 20.99%.

National Education Association Accelerated Credit Card: Rewards AmEx Card

This NEA AMEX card offers an accelerated rewards credit card program. All purchases earn 1.25 World Points regardless of the purchase type, allowing you to accrue points faster. In addition, after your first purchase you receive 2500 bonus points.

Points are redeemed through the World Points website for merchandise, travel credit card rewards, gift cards and more!

There is a 0% introductory APR for the first 7 billing statements and then the interest rate increases to 11.99% The intro APR is good for balance transfer credit card transactions and new purchases.

National Education Association Platinum Plus with World Points Rewards

This Visa offers a flexible rewards program with points that can be redeemed through the World Points website. Cardholders earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the card. Redemption points start at 2500 but there are no bonus reward points for this card.

There is an introductory offer of 0% APR for the first 7 billing cycles and a 11.99% to 16.99% APR thereafter.

None of the NEA cards have an annual fee or a penalty APR for missed payments. In addition, there are no limits on the amount of points that can be earned.
