National Issuer

Credit cards can be issued in three different ways. There are stores that issue in-house credit cards that are just used for their goods or services. The next level of credit card is issued to a targeted group of individuals. This type of credit card may not be available to all people, or in all areas. The credit cards that are available everywhere in the United States are called the national issuer credit cards.
