Interest Rates with the Northwest FCU Visa First Card Platinum Credit Card

The annual percentage rate for the FirstCard Visa is a fixed credit rate of 9.99%. This is an extremely low rate, especially considering most of the cardholders will not have very much established credit. This rate is fixed and will not change based on the prime rate, like the other Northwest FCU credit cards.

There are no fees associated with cash advances or balance transfers, although most of the FirstCard cardholders will not have any other credit cards that have a balance to transfer. In addition, like the other cards offered by Northwest FCU, using the card entitles you to up to $500,000 of accident insurance, as well as fraud protection in case your card is lost or stolen.

Applying for the Northwest FCU Visa First Card Platinum Credit Card

If the applicant is less than 18 years of age, there must be a credit card joint account holder or co-signer on the application for the Northwest FCU Visa First Card Platinum card.

If the applicant is between 18 and 22, they do not need a co-signer, but must have a steady, provable source of income.

Additionally, if you require a co-signer, you cannot complete an application online. It must be printed and mailed in.
