A reloadable card is a credit card that has a prepaid balance on it (also known as a prepaid credit card). Only the amount of money that has been loaded onto the card can be spent. It is not just given out by banks. They carry fees when used and when purchased but, can be reloaded many times. Reloadable cards are often used by people who do not have a credit card and need one to pay bills over the internet or to make online purchases.
