I would give all zero ratings if possible. I was eligible for a $200 rewards after buying furniture at RH with their card. The credit card office sent the rewards card to the wrong address so I never received it. When I called back, they told me it would take 6-8 weeks to process a new card. 8 weeks later, still nothing. I called back and they told me again it would take 6-8 weeks to process a new request. 8 weeks later, still nothing. At this point, I decided it wasn’t worth my time dealing with these incompetent fools. Customer service was terrible and the supervisor was the rudest of them all.
