The National Park Foundation teamed up with Barclays Bank Delaware some years ago to offer an affinity Visa card which helped to support the ongoing work of park preservation the foundation engages in. Barclays has since discontinued this National Park Foundation credit card and has requested that various websites remove any information they might have concerning it. What is known is that the card had no annual fee and offered a 0% rate on balance transfers for the 12 billing cycles. After the introductory rate expired, balance transfer credit card transactions were subject to the standard rate of 10.99% to 17.99% depending on credit worthiness. A free gift was provided to all new applicants that were approved.
The National Park Foundation credit card was part of a Visa rewards credit card program that awarded cardholders with points to be redeemed for cash back, merchandise, and much more.
