The Winaukee Scholarships credit card is issued and administered by UMB Financial Corp. Located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Camp Winaukee is a residential camp offering sports and adventure for boys. It’s one of the oldest such camps in the country, having been established in 1920. In order to help financially needy campers, the camp has established a scholarship fund which receives donations, in part, from the Camp Winaukee Scholarships Visa Platinum Rewards Card.

The card is available in three designs, all featuring a scene from the camp along with the camp logo and the Visa logo. Applicants may choose their favorite design when they apply, which can be done online at UMB’s CardPartner website. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and U.S. residents. Name, physical address, Social Security number, and income information must be provided with the application. CardPartner’s server requires address verification before the application process can continue.

Camp Winaukee Scholarships Credit Card Terms and Conditions

At 12.99%, the standard APR for balance transfer credit card transactions and purchases is in line with industry norms. The APRs for cash advances (16.99%) and penalty rate (21.75%) are about average. New cardholders will enjoy a six-month introductory rate of 0% on purchases and no transaction fees for balance transfers.

A $35 penalty fee is assessed for returned and late payments; such payments will also incur the penalty APR. Transaction fees are a bit high at $15 or 3% for balance transfers and cash advances. Foreign transactions are charged at 2%. On the positive side, the affinity credit card carries no annual fee
